Shipping
Please allow two to four weeks for delivery. Most items ship in about two weeks. If you need the item for a special occasion or date please contact us to see what we can do. Email info@brianbergerondesigns.com to request a special delivery.
Internet orders are sent United States Postal Service Priority Mail which takes two to three days in most cases.

Payment
The payment method of choice is through PAYPAL.
Non-internet orders can be done COD for an additional cost.

Sales Tax MA residents only, 5% sales tax will be added.

Returns & Exchanges
Silver items are accepted for exchange or refund if returned in original condition and packaging within 3 weeks. Gold and platinum items are made to order and can not be refunded unless defective. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt and exchange or refund instructions.

You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Minor size adjustments are available for a fee of $15 with shipping to be paid by the customer.
